@POTUS @elonmusk Please check into the methods used to CURE ballots in CA Elections. If a ballot is missing the signature, etc. it's identified by a unique voter ID or barcode on the envelope tied to their registration record. Voter's record includes name, address AND REGISTERED PARTY. (Workers are told to not look at that line--Honor system) LOL. This information, including party, is added to lists.
This part is nuts: Campaigns and parties in California can legally receive lists of voters with cureable ballots (list shows party affiliation), and they actively use them for targeted outreach to ensure they're found and ballot is cured and counted. This is a known feature of the system they say...(maybe I'm a dummy, but the sharing/outsourcing feature was not known to me until now) enabled after memos from the Secretary of State encouraged counties to share the data.
There are limited formal legal barriers to partisan prioritization:
No prohibition on selective outreach — Campaigns can contact their supporters (or anyone on the public list) as aggressively as they want. This is treated as protected political speech and get-out-the-vote activity. There is no requirement for equal effort across parties.
Result: Partisan differences in cure rates are well-documented and expected. Democrats and their aligned groups have often achieved higher cure rates in recent cycles due to aggressive outreach. Republicans and nonpartisans sometimes lag.???

For once, I have hope for LA because of Spencer Pratt. I know LA needs him so badly, but I wish we had him here in San Diego. We have our own disastrous version of Karen Bass with scumbag mayor "Toad" Gloria. All the people in charge in San Diego should be taken out to the garbage.
