@tweethue Hello Team Hue! I just bought a bridge, I've done everything I could but the Internet LED is still blinking... could we please discuss this before I ask for a replacement?
@tweethue I've downloaded the Fing app, and confirm I can see the Bridge on the network (I could also see it previously with my router's online interface ). I've deleted the (Fing?) app and downloaded it again. Not sure if that was supposed to fix the issue though?
@tweethue My router does not have this feature, so it was deactivated by default. (I have a slight doubt about a feature it has that could be similar, but it is deactivated by detault anyway).
@tweethue I confirm it’s a new one. I have an iOS phone (but also an Android as backup if absolutely necessary). Sorry how do you mean what kind of Internet connection? (I have a Fiber connection, with a Freebox Delta router… HTH)
@tweethue Turning off router + bridge, resetting the bridge, trying 4 different RJ-45 cables, all different ports of my router (Freebox Delta router from Free Internet provider in France), assigning a static IP to the bridge (in case DHCP was failing)
