1- Marie Ange Blaise, a 44-year-old Haitian woman, died in ICE custody in Florida on April 25, 2025.
2- Jean Wilson Brutus, a 41-year-old Haitian man, died at Delaney Hall in Newark on December 12, 2025.
3- Emanuel Cleeford Damas, a 56-year-old Haitian man, died on March 2, 2026 after being held at the Florence Detention Center in Arizona.
4- Stephy Michel, a 31-year-old Haitian woman, spent six months in jail. After a judge dismissed all charges, she was released on Wednesday, February 26. ICE immediately took her into custody and drove her about an hour away to Pittsburgh. Three days later, on Monday, March 2, she was found dead at a bus stop, about an hour from home.
