@MikkytheHamster Yeah! In one of her dialogues she mentions she used to work with Sixpence becore he got expelled/suspended

[Waiting Thief S Limited Skin @ThiefSkinS]

Day24
Sixpence's family lost their job and social status which made students in the school bully Kreacher for not being high class anymore, often punishing only Kreacher for defending himself

He was accused of causing the fire giving him an expulsion

In this year's CN October preview calendar, Kreacher is featured while dressing as his Scarecrow skin+holding his brother Huntsman's feather

I am so happy that Kreacher is getting a lot of love recently + have a chance to shine💖🎉

@NadNerdz STAY BACK

[Waiting Thief S Limited Skin @ThiefSkinS]

In those times, you LOSE money having one at all, "donations" wasnt a thing, people didnt wanted to help those in need and Kreacher knew this as he once was a "charity case"

So despite the obv things happening, he opening an orphanage feels like he "cares" in some degree
4/4

[Waiting Thief S Limited Skin @ThiefSkinS]

Day23
In early ages the Orphanages didnt worked werent also how we see them today and thats why I find interesting Kreacher desicion to make one

Before kids were handled to churchs but they werent taked care of, offten kids escaped or were forced/sold to work

[Waiting Thief S Limited Skin @ThiefSkinS]

The concept of "donation" wasnt something that people though of and didnt wanted to do

So Kreacher deciding to open an orphanage feels more like a conscious desicion and not just "he is greedy he wanted easy money", because orphanages WERENT EASY MONEY

Idk how to explain the inconsistencies of Veronica/Ozzy because at the same time they are done on porpuse
Because someone is lying about the Whyte Siblings and right now Alice suspects Veronica/Ozzy because she omits them
AND WE WILL ONLY KNOW UNTIL DEC OR NEXT YEAR!!!! 😭

[Waiting Thief S Limited Skin @ThiefSkinS]

@harveycarvey We know she is an orphan along the others because she reffers to Emma as "I though she was one of us", a kid with recentment and abandoned

[Waiting Thief S Limited Skin @ThiefSkinS]

Day21
Since 2019 an NPC named Sister Veronica existed only in Thief deductions, making her the second and only caregiver beside Kreacher in the orphanage

In late 2025 she was retcon as "Ozzy", one of the billar prodigies that ended as an orphan in Kreachers orphanage

[Waiting Thief S Limited Skin @ThiefSkinS]

@harveycarvey Is told in Emmas 7th letter that she was an orphan kid send to Kreachers Orphanage, where she helped Krea find more abandoned kids
She names herself "Veronica" there
In Robbie 7th letter, Mabel mentions that she recognices "Veronica" as Ozzy
Alice implies that Ozzy is lying

Day2
Thief inspiration is Evangelist George Müller
He created many orphanages around England; when he was a kid used to be a thief and a gambler
Rumours said he did deals with upper class to get donations to his orphanages

[Waiting Thief S Limited Skin @ThiefSkinS]

@Gl0wm0ss_ I love their lore so much and they feel to close to home
Makes me sad when people insist they dont have things in common

[Waiting Thief S Limited Skin @ThiefSkinS]

Day22
Kreacher has a stutter!!
At 13-15 he decides to get rid of it by constantly reading the monastery panflets, as he believes that if he stops stuttering people will view him as a "normal" person

In his 3rd letter is mentioned he still stutters if he gets nervous/anxious

[Waiting Thief S Limited Skin @ThiefSkinS]

@MikkytheHamster I like to believe he forced himself to do it, as he needed to learn his parents medicine probably and from there he just keep reading things

[Waiting Thief S Limited Skin @ThiefSkinS]

I find this really sad, Kreacher wanted to be view as just another person, but him being a thief and his clothes made people judge him to not end even after doing a good action (saving the flower girl), how much he tries to fit in what society finds normal is sad
