@lymanstoneky Why is it weird? Since Democrats are afraid Trump will once again try to subvert the constitution like in 2020 when he it will be his turn to leave, they should act equally unconstitutionally? Aside from silly counterfactuals, preemptive unconstitutionality is never justified.

@patrickendrick In a team with Mancini as CT and Insigne on the left:Chiesa plays Mimmo no. Spalletti’s CT, he loves advanced playmakers and Insigne’s gone, both will play. They interpret the role in opposite ways, one a static creator (like, but better than Insigne) the other full of running.

@patrickendrick You’re not wrong, but more people have seen his performances for the azzurri, and he’s been more or less underwhelming there. Maybe Mancini was the wrong coach for him, but he has too often he’s given the impression that he can’t compete against top defenses.

@lymanstoneky I agree with the idea here, but this case isn’ tit-for-tat though, it’s roughly 10 cold, clinical tits for 1 medievally bloody tat. People picking sides in this conflict selectively forget that war is about killing. Debating who’s fighting ‘justly’ only amplifies the conflict.

Imagine last year’s midfield with Calhanoglu regista, Barella and Mkhitaryan mezz’ale. Now imagine that midfield with a second Barella in the midfield around Calha. That’d be a good midfield. But… the second Barella has a lot less class. But, also some more size and muscle 🤔
