.@GoogleUK Outright breach of UK consumer law, Pixel 10 Pro Fold. (2 months old). When opening the phone, the inner screen has cracked in the middle, no external pressure was put on. Now google wants me to pay, how do I escalate this? Support is just reading the same scripts.

.@Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Bought on the 18th May 2026 in the UK direct from Google. The inner screen has cracked when opening the fold, to make it clear, the phone was never dropped, scratched or anything no external pressure. Google is claiming it's customer damage, NOT TRUE!
