Another gallery closure in Brum. I've genuinely lost count now.

EFA weren't 'independent' like Lux, Seventh Circle, Purple Gallery and Colley Ison are (they were supplied by a publisher, & they didn't support local artists) but their closure is still indicative of a deep issue

We're Back Open!

Thanks for your patience whilst we relocated to our new 'homely' premises across the road. Lux Gallery is now situated at no.8 Greenfield Crescent, Edgbaston Village.

Lux now boast 2 gallery rooms, an original entrance hallway, with our photo studio located in the back room.

Please come and visit us Tues-Sat 10am-6pm

We had a fantastic private view last night for Charles Pedone's solo exhibition

Thanks to all that came. Great to see collectors investing in their first Charles Pedone works or adding to their growing collections.

Big news from Seventh Circle!

They have reopened today, bringing their beloved framing studio back to the gallery at St Mary’s Row, Moseley.

Uniting their services under one roof, Seventh Circle aim to provide the seamless experience their customers have come to love.

Some words from our gallery director Owen de Visser, who is also producer of citywide arts trail 'Birmingham Open Studios'

Birmingham Open Studios have recently launched a Crowdfunder to finance an app, an attractive printed map, and to improve their website.

Birmingham Open Studios are seeking businesses/creative partners to support them, by committing to buy an advert in their guidebook (printed run of min 10,000 copies)

Would any local businesses be interested in supporting their vision in exchange for advertising in their guidebooks? The guidebooks are distributed citywide and are picked up by local art loving people and families mostly.

Donations by individuals will also be rewarded
