Indeed,this unfortunate happening demands for a greater need to regulate mental health because ending life is never a solution.

Think India welcomes the naming of a new building at Balliol College, University of Oxford after an Indian scholar Dr. Lakshman Sarup.

Dr.Sarup was the first student to submit a thesis for a DPhil degree at the Oxford University.

This is a very proud moment for every Indian.
