@DeanOelsch Funny enough I am currently struggling with FNB about a home loan query I raised 2 years ago, this ultimately caused an issue with SARS.. Its at a point where I rather speak with SARS than FNB. I'm also looking for another bank

@FNBSA did you know that your complaints phone number(seen on your website) doesn't put anyone through? After entering my ID number it rings twice then it just drops.

@Rbjacobs The complaint that is the highest priority and reaches back to 2020 has supposedly been escalated 8 times since May 2022, but there is no resolution in sight

@Rbjacobs When it comes to the cash advance taken out on my existing home loan, my term is extended by 2 months even thought the process of applying for the cash advance (signing the quote) to the pay out took about 2 months. Not to mention the inflated interest rate

I get better service from the messaging system than the private banking department

@City_Ekurhuleni @Eskom_SA @CyrilRamaphosa Southcrest have been without power for about 50 hours now and we have not gotten feedback. There are tweets about the surrounding areas like Germiston, but nothing on Southcrest?
