please help! I am overseas and can’t make any card payments for over 3 days because of a system glitch that your rep says is affecting many users overseas.

I was told by your customer support that it would be addressed in 48 hours, then 72 hours. Now it has been over 3 days that i have not been able go use my card overseas. How are you allowing this to happen to your customer? 🤯 Do you know the impact this is having on travelers?!

For the record, @scotiabank DM’ed me and asked for the same info that i had given their team already yesterday and said that they will not help me because it’s the weekend.

@scotiabank, just to be clear: you are leaving your customers stranded oversea in a position of not being able to make payments. I seriously think this requires the people who broke your system to work a bit over time to fix it.
