OQ released its Annual Report 2025, reflecting a year of strong financial performance. EBITDA reached OMR 1.348 billion and net profit rose to OMR 641 million, marking a 25% increase compared with 2024. These results demonstrate disciplined capital management and the strength of OQ’s integrated energy portfolio.

The report also highlights our continued focus on long-term value creation through innovation, collaboration and responsible growth, supporting Oman’s evolving energy landscape and contributing to a more sustainable and competitive future.

قدّمت أوكيو برنامج "خطوات"، أحد برامج الاستثمار الاجتماعي، والذي استهدف طلبة المدارس من الصف الأول إلى الصف العاشر، مقدمًا لهم تجارب عملية أسهمت في بناء شخصياتهم وتنمية ��هاراتهم القيادية والحياتية.

ومع اختتام هذه الرحلة، يستمر أثر "خطوات" من خلال المشاركين الذين سيواصلون توظيف ما اكتسبوه من خبرات ومهارات في خدمة مجتمعاتهم.

وتواصل أوكيو التزامها بتوفير فرص نوعية للأجيال القادمة، إيمانًا منها بأن الاستثمار في الشباب اليوم يسهم في بناء مجتمعات أقوى ومستقبل أكثر ازدهارًا.

OQ delivered STEPS, one of its signature social investment programmes, for students from grades one to ten, providing practical experiences that helped build character and develop leadership and life skills.

While this journey has come to a close, the impact of STEPS continues through the participants, who will carry forward the knowledge and skills they have gained to make a positive contribution to their communities.

OQ remains committed to creating meaningful opportunities for future generations, believing that investing in young people today helps build stronger communities and a more prosperous future.

In just three years, OQ has brought five national assets to the public market, raising OMR 1.61 billion, attracting more than 415,000 retail subscriptions and growing its listed companies to represent around 36% of the Muscat Stock Exchange’s market capitalisation.

في ثلاثة أعوام فقط، نقلت أوكيو خمسة أصول وطنية إلى السوق العامة، عبر إدراجات جمعت 1.61 مليار ريال عُماني، واستقطبت أكثر من 415 ألف مكتتب من فئة الأفراد، وجعلت شركاتها المدرجة تمثل نحو 36% من القيمة السوقية لبورصة مسقط.

رسّخت هذه الرحلة دور أوكيو كأحد المحركات الرئيسة لتطوير سوق رأس المال العُماني، ووسّعت دائرة المشاركة في ملكية شركات تعمل في قلب منظومة الطاقة والصناعة، وحوّلت مجموعة أصولها المتكاملة إلى قيمة مشتركة للمساهمين والسوق والاقتصاد الوطني.

ومع إدراج أوميفكو، تصل رحلة أوكيو إلى محطتها الخامسة، مضيفةً إلى السوق أصلًا صناعيًا راسخًا يرتبط بالأمن الغذائي وسلاسل القيمة العالمية، ومؤكدةً قدرة الأصول الوطنية على توسيع فرص الاستثمار وتنشيط سوق المال ودعم النمو الاقتصادي المستدام.

At the OQ Accelerator Programme Demo Day, OQ showcased the progress of 16 startups developing practical solutions for the energy sector and industrial transformation.

With over 600 applications from more than 49 countries, the programme continues to expand its reach, strengthening Oman’s innovation ecosystem by connecting emerging ventures with real industry opportunities.

Through strategic collaborations between startups, OQ, its subsidiaries and national partners, the programme is helping accelerate technology adoption and industrial competitiveness while supporting economic diversification.

في يوم العروض التقديمية لبرنامج مسرعة أوكيو، استعرضت أوكيو مخرجات 16 شركة ناشئة تعمل على تطوير حلول عملية تدعم قطاع الطاقة والتحول الصناعي.

ومع أكثر من 600 طلب مشاركة من أكثر من 49 دولة، يواصل البرنامج توسيع نطاقه وتعزيز منظومة الابتكار في عُمان، من خلال ربط الشركات الناشئة بفرص حقيقية داخل القطاع.

وقّعت أوكيو للطاقة البديلة ضمن ائتلاف يضم شركة كهرباء فرنسا للطاقة المتجددة والش��كة الوطنية العمانية للهندسة والاستثمار اتفاقية شراء الطاقة لمشروع الكامل للطاقة الشمسية بقدرة 500 ميجاواط، بالتعاون مع شركة نماء لشراء الطاقة والمياه في خطوة جديدة تعزز محفظة سلطنة عُمان من مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة.

ويأتي هذا الاتفاق امتدادًا لمحفظة متنامية من مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية وطاقة الرياح وتخزين الطاقة، ويجسد دور أوكيو للطاقة البديلة في دفع مسيرة تحول الطاقة في سلطنة عُمان من خلال مشاريع عملية تعزز أمن الطاقة، وتلبي الطلب المتنامي على الكهرباء، وتسهم في دعم التنويع الاقتصادي على المدى الطويل.

وتواصل أوكيو للطاقة البديلة التزامها بتنفيذ مشاريع تدعم مستهدفات رؤية عُمان 2040 وطموحات الحياد الصفري.

OQ Alternative Energy, as part of as part of a consortium with EDF Power Solutions and ONEIC, has signed a Power Purchase Agreement for the 500 MW Al Kamil Solar PV Independent Power Project (IPP), in collaboration with Nama Power and Water Procurement, marking another important step in expanding Oman’s renewable energy portfolio.

Building on a growing portfolio of solar, wind and energy storage projects, this agreement reflects OQAE’s continued role in advancing Oman’s energy transition through practical renewable energy infrastructure that strengthens energy security, supports growing electricity demand and contributes to long-term economic diversification.

OQAE remains committed to delivering projects that support Oman Vision 2040 and the country’s Net Zero ambitions.

OQ and its partners, IFFCO and KRIBHCO, announced their intention to offer 25% of their shares in Oman India Fertiliser Company (#OMIFCO) through an initial public offering on the Muscat Stock Exchange. This step supports the deepening of Oman's capital markets and brings one of the country’s largest industrial names to the Muscat Stock Exchange.

This announcement marks a new chapter in OMIFCO’s journey. As Oman’s largest fertiliser complex, OMIFCO plays a key role in supporting the agricultural sector and strengthening global food security.
