[Sharad Vivek Sagar @SharadSagar]

Ten years ago, four DexSchool Graduates invited me to a discussion forum they had started at their school. This was a school only for mahadalit students, the poorest social group in the country. When I arrived, I saw something extraordinary - young kids were discussing stories and topics we teach at DexSchool. One told me, “Our Bhaiyas taught us all this when they returned.”

In last 10 years, this group has produced 18 Graduates and Fellows of Dexterity. They study at the best institutions in India and the world, have received ₹9.1 crores in scholarships and won global competitions from Cambridge to California. From unimaginable socio-economic hardships to inspirational global achievements, THIS IS generational change. #ThisIsDexterity

HISTORIC!!! At the invitation of President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden, 35 Graduates and Fellows of Dexterity were hosted at The White House.

Over the course of four remarkable hours, Dexters interacted with senior White House leadership, had an hour long, in-depth conversation at the U.S. Treasury, and received a special tour of the White House halls, rooms, and gardens.

INCREDIBLE MOMENT! I am deeply honoured to be named “Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum 2024.” Humbled to join Prime Ministers, Presidents, Nobel Laureates, TIME 100 and Fortune 500 leaders as the 2024 honoree, the first ever from Bihar and the youngest from India.

[Sharad Vivek Sagar @SharadSagar]

In the last week of March, I’ll be in the Himalayas at the blessed invitation of Advaita Ashrama in Mayavati. I will address our Himalayan youth at a convention and spend time meditating at the same place in the Himalayas where Swami Vivekananda spent 15 days in January 1901.

[Raghunath Mashelkar @rameshmashelkar]

It was an honour to share the stage today with 50 yrs younger Sharad Sagar @sharadsagar

His firebrand oratory @jecrcuniversity convocation coupled with thought leadership was one of the most inspiring that I have heard for a long long time

Raised in a village of Bihar, Sagar became the first Indian to be elected President of the Student Government at Harvard Graduate School of Education.

President Barack Obama invited Sagar to the White House. Forbes listed him on the Global Forbes 30 Under 30 list. Rockefeller Foundation inducted him in the list of 100 Next Century Innovators.

The Nobel Peace Center invited him to the Nobel Peace Prize Ceremony. Michigan State University put Sagar on its Social Entrepreneurship syllabus.

Sagar founded the national organization Dexterity Global at the age of 16. Today, leaders trained in the Dexterity system have received over ₹175 crores in scholarships from top universities across the world, served as India’s youth ambassadors to the UN, won national and international awards and started their own leadership initiatives.

Sagar is invited to speak at over 250 major stages across 20+ states in an average year. Sagar reaches over 5 million people per month on social media.

Sagar, here are my choicest blessings to you -
become a timeless global inspirator for millions of youth around the world, while climbing the limitless ladder of excellence.

[Sharad Vivek Sagar @SharadSagar]

When I was 25, I was invited as the youngest Indian Chief Guest and Convocation Speaker of a university. Today, I feel the same emotions as I accept the invitation to receive an honorary doctorate and serve as the 2024 Chief Guest and Convocation Speaker of @JECRCUniversity.

As #DexterityToCollege fellows gathered in Chicago for their Overseas Meetup and Retraining Program (OMRP), they started their Chicago city walk paying tributes at The Art Institute of Chicago where Swami Vivekananda delivered the historic Chicago address in 1893.

[Sharad Vivek Sagar @SharadSagar]

Since our founding, we've taught about Shri M S Swaminathan at Dexterity. The Father of India's Green Revolution will continue to remind Dexters in all walks of life to bridge the gap between their education and leadership and merge their educational life with our national life.

[The Dexterity Global Group @DexterityGlobal]

On the 130th anniversary of Swami Vivekananda’s historic Chicago Address, we’re proud to announce that Dexterity’s 2023-24 Overseas Meetup and Retraining Program (#DexterityOMRP) for North America will take place in Chicago this October.

[Sharad Vivek Sagar @SharadSagar]

In the verses of Vande Mataram and the echoes of Jana Gana Mana, we find the heartbeats of a civilization. May India be the song the world sings and India, the story the world tells. जय हे, जय हे, जय हे, जय जय जय जय हे॥ भारत माता की जय! 🇮🇳

[Sharad Vivek Sagar @SharadSagar]

Reflecting on my 15 years of leadership at Dexterity and 1,000+ national and international achievements of our Dexters, along with Rs. 175 crores in scholarships, the legendary Sudha Chandran asked me on her talk show what it is that shapes a true Dexter.

[The Dexterity Global Group @DexterityGlobal]

To serve India, just intellectual training isn’t enough. Three #DexterityToCollege fellows, Archa, Akanksha and Abhinav now headed for a Cambridge MPhil, Heller MBA and Fletcher LLM spent years as public service fellows. Servant Leadership remains the core of Dexterity training.

[Sharad Vivek Sagar @SharadSagar]

This year, #DexterityToCollege fellows received offers from Harvard, Cambridge, Columbia, Cornell, Duke, Berkeley, LBS, NUS, UCL and other top universities of the world. Our fellows have now received ₹175 crores in scholarships. Proud of our National Scholar Development Program!

At Tufts and Harvard, I got to learn from two remarkable leaders - President Monaco and President Bacow. Both stepped down this year. Under one, I was chosen the first Indian graduation speaker and under the other, the first Indian president of the student government. Grateful!

On the completion of 60 years of Bhojpuri Cinema, at a grand televised event in Lucknow last night, @Filmfare and @FeminaIndia chose me as the Real Bhojpuri Icon of India. हम मंच से कहनी कि मन गदगद हो गइल। आज ले बड़ी पुरस्कार मिलल रहे पर अइसन ना मिलल रहे। आशीर्वाद देहल जाव।
