@RachelVitae1 @GdnUniversities It does, but I can't align with those ethics. I was informed about inappropriate approaches by a manager. It's rife, with some academic staff in relationships with students/very recently former students. I hear the 'they are adults' line, which makes it worse. HR aware but quiet.

@RachelVitae1 Sadly, it isn't. I've just severed ties with a university I've worked with for over a decade as they failed to show any real interest after a student trusted me as an external consultant to bring it to the right people. They 'may' run a training course.. @GdnUniversities
