@vfsglobalcare @vfsglobalcare I have created the profile for B1/B2 visa and is on “Slot booking” phase. I am facing issue where Submit button is not working after selecting the time and date. Customer care say to wait as they can not fix it only backend team can.
Waited 7 days for them 🙂

@VFSGlobal @vfsglobalcare have a case open from 7 days now, issue is not resolved yet and customer support keep ask to WAIT.
We have paid visa fees, have a conference to attend in June and looks like the portal issue is not going to resolve soon 🙂
