I had to argue with customer service for 19 minutes today to get both accounts canceled

The @KCStar has been charging me double for 9 months, under the same account, same email and refuses to return my money

To the post office during the holiday rush to mail the ordered they jacked up back and when they receive it in 10-15 business days, they will refund my money in 5-10 business days.

0/10 do not recommend.
It's so stupid to lose a customer this way

I ordered pants from @OldNavy last week for my kid.
They arrive with security tags on them
Old Navy says oh go to the store to have them removed... Uhhhh that's why I ordered online my guy
Oh cool cool, we will happily charge you for a replacement pair 1/x

Da fffff?? I tell them absolutely not, I'm not being charged for their error, I have no confidence in their customer service or processing at this point

Lil story. I bought a couch 2 years ago from @nfmtweets and the warranty to clean it or replace it.
4 mo after I filed a claim, @Allstate told me it cost too much to replace it and they were issuing a check for 1/3 of the cost of the original
Now I can’t get a response back
