On January 1, 1863, President Lincoln issued The Emancipation Proclamation. Sadly, it took more than two years for that news to reach enslaved African-Americans in Galveston, TX (June 19, 1865). We honor and celebrate the day that ALL Black Americans became free.
We are excited to announce that we are actively working on our second issue of our Chamber Magazine Juntos!

We recently had a meaningful conversation with our friends at the Tucson LGBT Chamber of Commerce about allyship. While it’s important to recognize June as Pride Month, we must continue to be advocates/supporters/fans/allies every month of the year.
Thank you @DougDucey for highlighting and recognizing the importance of small business in Arizona. We will continue the meaningful work of advocating for commerce of all sizes.
We’d like to wish our President/CEO @TheRobElias a happy one year anniversary! We as an organization are so honored to be working under your leadership. You’ve accomplished so much in your first year and we look forward to what the future will bring!
