Ebbene, oggi un giudice ha deciso di scarcerarlo disponendo soltanto l’obbligo di firma. In altre parole, l’ha rimesso in libertà in attesa del processo (che si terrà, come al solito, nel duemilacredici).

Nell’Italia in mano ai #giudicicontrolagiustizia, le “risorse” possono fare impunemente quello che vogliono.
