That’s a lot of confidence for someone who just proved my point. Following the federal hemp law Congress passed isn’t “cutting corners.” It’s competition and the limited-license MSOs hate it because consumers finally have another option.

And spare me the Schedule III lecture. The rule covers state-licensed medical marijuana. State-licensed adult use marijuana remains Schedule I and will continue to. A state license is not a magic federal-compliance wand. Medical marijuana is state legal, federally legal, and federally protected. Hemp is state legal, federally legal, and federally protected. Adult use marijuana is state legal, federally illegal, and not federally protected. We will wind up with medical marijuana and adult use Hemp in the end. Try reading the room better.
