Could have been avoided for a lot of us at Ashford. You knew of the delays. We could have found alternative routes. Pretty unacceptable. Do better.

@Se_Railway 1hr30 minutes we’ve now been sat just past Ebbsfleet station. Everyone on this training travelling to London could have been told to get off at Ashford and either go home or get a Charing X train. Why do you not have plans in place like this?

Could have very easily have said at Ashford, we’d be better off jumping on one of the Charing X services.

@GingerOgre @Leemorris__ It’s sad football clubs in general do this. Town will sell 10k next season without promotion and maybe 12k with. Make them cheaper and they’d get the same money and another 4/5k through the door, improving atmosphere and spending money on match days!
