@PeppaPigKilla@PolitlcsUK Caution requires someone to accept it, if they don’t accept it, it goes to court. Not a lot to understand apart from if you get offered a caution you should take it
@AnthonyBrownle@PoliceWatch99 The man does not have a right to protect himself when he is getting arrested. If he would have complied then the dog wouldn’t have got aggressive and there wouldn’t be a need to shoot it in self-defence
@vickyinatutu You’re not alone, I’ve never heard of it either. Just listened to it and I’ve never heard it before, and it’s not even a good song it’s very generic
@lozaslife@LBC@grahamwettone Possibly, but most likely not. If a PC is paying their pension, that’s about £6k a year off the taxable pay, so should keep them below £50,270 threshold
@AutistDivision Air Force One is whatever aeroplane the president is on. It could be a Cessena 172 flying the president and it would be called air force one
@LinesLarry9442@Brick_Cop@PeterBleksley@metpoliceuk .. which is also very hard as there typically isn’t a witness in the bedroom.
You are right in saying it is a shocking statistic but you cannot blame the police for it when it is in its very nature, almost impossible to prove.
@LinesLarry9442@Brick_Cop@PeterBleksley@metpoliceuk You clearly don’t understand how hard it is to prove rape. The vast majority of rapes that are reported are domestic rapes by partners or ex-partners where they have already had contact, meaning forensic evidence won’t help. Then you have to prove consent wasn’t given..
