The deal with the corporate integrity agreements: statute of limitations was about to run out due to the delay by Alan Wilson;had it gone to trial, it would’ve been a $2,500 fine. The judge was Mullen, whose husband supported the trial lawyers when they bought the judiciary chair
David Pascoe wants to lecture South Carolina about corruption.
Meanwhile, $352,000 was paid into his office through agreements not to prosecute.
Funny how that part never makes the stump speech.

@UDKCreator@LauraLoomer@MarkLynchSC@davidpascoesc It’s funny that your bio says trust but verify - you trusted your little AI app when it made this picture of Pascoe yet you didn’t actually verify if it looked anything remotely like him.
This is true. AG Alan Wilson, along with former AG Charlie Condon and then Lt Gov Henry McMaster, all tried to fire Pascoe from the Corruption probe when they learned it was going to a grand jury. Because Richard Quinn was the political consultant for all 3 of these guys.
⚠️Don't vote for Alan Wilson for Governor ⚠️15+ years as SC Attorney General are riddled with scandals, failures, and self-serving politics that prove he's part of the same broken system he's now asking us to trust him to fix.
💩Wilson tried to shut down a major Statehouse corruption probe when it started targeting his own political allies. He recused himself over a conflict, appointed special prosecutor David Pascoe, then tried to fire him anyway, launched a smear campaign through an aide, and consulted with lobbyist Richard Quinn (the very guy tied to the scandal). The SC Supreme Court slapped him down 4-1, and the grand jury report called out his "loyalty to Richard Quinn above his duty to citizens."
💩That's not leadership, that's protecting the swamp. He botched child exploitation cases at shocking rates. In Dorchester County alone (2019-2022), his office dismissed 92% of child porn and sexual exploitation cases outright, with only a 7.5% conviction rate. Solicitors lost all confidence, took over the cases themselves, and slammed the AG's office for "lenient plea bargains that undermine victims."
💩While Wilson talks tough on crime, the record shows he failed the most vulnerable kids.mace. His office is currently under a formal State Ethics Commission investigation over a 16-page complaint alleging misuse of campaign funds.
💩That's on top of past failures to properly report hundreds of thousands in donations. After four terms in office, he's still entangled in ethics drama.
The high-profile Murdaugh prosecution he loves to brag about? Conviction overturned, new trial ordered, massive extra taxpayer costs, with Murdaugh's lawyers now calling Wilson out for playing politics instead of focusing on the case.
💩And don't forget the taxpayer money he wasted defending the state's same-sex marriage ban long after it was doomed or steering lucrative state legal work to friends and allies while chasing partisan red-meat fights.
✅Now look at Rom Reddy, a self-made businessman and true outsider who's never held office, never taken a dime from donors or special interests, and is running a 100% self-funded campaign with zero political baggage.
✅He's the only one promising to run South Carolina like an actual business: slash state agencies from 100+ down to ~35, cut over 50% of regulations using AI tools he helped develop through DOGE SC, sunset every reg after 5 years, and start phasing out the income tax once savings kick in.
✅He wants to give power back to citizens, end weaponized government (something he learned fighting bureaucratic overreach on his own property), recruit quality growth instead of sprawl, and let voters decide big issues like abortion via referendum instead of endless legislative theater.
💩Wilson is the career politician who's spent 15 years in the AG's office getting caught protecting insiders, failing victims, and wasting your money.
✅Reddy is the outsider with a proven track record building companies, zero scandals tied to public office, and a laser-focused plan to shrink government, kill the waste, and stop the swamp from eating South Carolina alive.
💩If you want more of the same insider games, vote Wilson.
✅If you want real change, throw the grenade in the swamp and vote Rom Reddy on June 9. South Carolina deserves better than more of the same.
The paid influencers are good about spinning a story. But public records don’t lie. These numbers are straight off of the SC Courts site and the FY25 Solicitors Revenue and Expenditure Report. They think we’re idiots and using party affiliation as cover. WAKE THE HELL UP GUYS.
Before you compare results, compare the resources. Funding per case in David Pascoe’s circuit is $702. Stumbo’s circuit is $1,211. 15th circuit, where Goldfinch represents, is $1,458. Isn’t Goldfinch on the committee that approves the budget? Interesting huh…
It's our duty to always pursue...the truth. So, where has Democrat Solicitor @davidpascoesc been?
Since 2025, he’s been traveling the state running as a Republican for SC Attorney General. The map ⬇️⬇️ tells the story. All campaign stops that he proudly posted about on his social media page. But back in his 1st Judicial Circuit:
❌ A backlog on cases
❌ A county in that district that has the 2nd highest violent crime rate in S.C.
❌ Not replying to simple FOIA requests
If he can’t do his job as a Solicitor, he can’t be trusted to do the job of Attorney General.
On Tuesday, VOTE NO to David Pascoe.
@FactCheck_SC@davidpascoesc It’s more interesting to me that @davidpascoesc has almost the same amount of pending cases as Stumbo’s circuit, with only half the funding. But keep spinning your story.
@SC_Constitution@ScSenGoldfinch Weird post. It does bring up a great point-Malloy lost his in the Senate because @davidpascoesc endorsed JD Chaplin, even after every Republican senator laughed at him when he asked them to join him in endorsing the Republican farmer Chaplin. Why didn’t Goldfinch endorse Chaplin?
@CaffieneSC@FactCheck_SC@davidpascoesc What a strange question. A tad stalker-ish. However, I do know that Goldfinch takes private flights to his campaign stops. He spent over $33K just in private flights from October to March. I guess conservative doesn’t necessarily mean fiscally conservative.
@corgimom51@TraceyTrimarco@SCIntegrityW I’m going with Pascoe personally. He’s the only one who has proven himself for going after corruption. And just the sheer amount of money that’s being poured into the smear campaign against him lets me know that there are some powerful people who don’t want him to win.
@corgimom51@TraceyTrimarco@SCIntegrityW He owned a company a while back that sold mislabeled stem cells to a company in Texas that was using them in unapproved stem-cell treatments on patients suffering from serious diseases like MS, ALS and Parkinson’s.
David Pascoe was more conservative as a Democrat than half of the lifelong Republicans in the State House. Which is why no Republican legislator would endorse JD Chaplin against Democrat Senator Gerald Malloy, when Pascoe asked them to.
@davidpascoesc for AG 🤘
@corgimom51@TraceyTrimarco@SCIntegrityW Might want to look up Goldfinch’s federal charge for mislabeling umbilical cord stem cells. And how the evidence just up and walked away after he hired McMaster as his lawyer. Talk about an ethics issue….
@dayatthebe7894 But I think God really likes Pascoe. And I’m positive that God doesn’t mind that he used to be a Democrat.
That was me being sarcastic. I feel sure that the Lord wants nothing to do with our politics.
@SC_Constitution@ScSenGoldfinch@WesClimer Can anyone tell us where the evidence and witnesses went from his federal charge of mislabeling umbilical cord stem cells? Or would McMaster be the better one to ask?
