Best either to:
1. Resect if you have the expertise
2. Don't touch it and send for EMR specialist

While EMR is technically the “simplest” of the options, ESD has the lowest associated recurrence rates!

(not good)

ESD may overcome this, but much more time-consuming and $$$!

Endoscopic resection may be surgery-sparing #cutthepolypnotthecolon

EMR can provide complete resection while avoiding surgery-associated mortality, morbidity and $$$, with high long-term eradication rates.

-Don't forget to bring your patient back for surveillance colonoscopy in 6 months after initial piecemeal resection!
If all clear, we then follow patients a year after the first surveillance c-scope🧐
