TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF THIS COURT:

COMES now Thomas Mann Jr, pursuant to 28 USC Section 2255, and requests that the Court accept this Habeas Corpus Petiton, and as reasons therefor, state:

1. Petitioner is a citizen of the United States, and resides at Killeen, Texas 76542,
2. While this address has all the appearances of being a private residence, upon information and belief, it is Petitioner’s prison location.
3. Todd Blanche is the Acting Attorney General of the United States. As such, he has responsibility for the United States Department of Justice. He has general and specific responsibilities for securing and protecting the American homeland and ensuring justice to all citizens of the United Staes. The DOJ has responsibility for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Thus, Petitioner would fall under its jurisdiction. The DOJ is under the supervision of the President of the United States. It may be served with process at Department of Justice, 950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20530-0001.
4. On or about December 18, 2020, Petitioner’s daughter was found dead in Petitioner’s home at Manor, Texas.
5. Petitioner called the Travis County, Texas, Sheriff’s Office for assistance.
6. Representatives of the Sheriff’s office arrived. My daughter’s body was taken away.
7. Travis County held my daughter’s body for around one month. After that time, my family was told that my daughter had committed suicide.
8. Nothing else of significance transpired during that time.
9. In and around November 2, 2022, Petitioner’s wife and he separated.
10. Petitioner moved from Manor, Texas, to Kileen, Texas. Petition purchased a home in Killeen at his current address. Petitioner paid case.
11. Subsequently, on or around July 2, 2022, Petitioner was confronted by unknown person on the internet.
12. They asserted that Petitioner, who had once served as a legislator in Iowa, had failed to serve the public faithfully.
13. Petitioner was then asked to contact an apparent leader. He eventually identified himself as Jeff Isabell. He morphed into the “Greatest God” in the passage of time.
14. Jeff began to demand money from Petition. Initially, it was allegedly for lottery tickets. Over time, it morphed into gift cards.
15. Petitioner initially was reluctant. But reconsidered when an iron rod was thrown into the windshield of Petitioner’s daughter’s car. Petitioner then decision that he should know who was doing this kind of thing. And decided that he had to play along a bit to discover the identity of the assailant.
16. Over time, this Greatest God insisted that he was indeed the Greatest God of the Bible. Petitioner was initially skeptical, but over time, believed some of it. Whether it was belief, or just caution, Petitioner transferred around $350K to the allegedly Greatest God.
17. I kept “Notes” about what was happening to me: On or about 2024-09-23, Petitioner wrote:
Flip to me. Married for 49 years. Enough flipping. Anyway, the husband’s paramour finds a way to die. Rather, get killed. Not he is a suspect. Flip to my daughter Nari. Fucking assholes are asserting, again, that I killed my daughter. I am thinking that it’s time to renew a lawsuit. All that government power, and all those resources, and this is what the government is left with: dim hopes for a confession that is never coming and which would be untrue if it did. I am losing all respect for my government’s invincibility. Not just a lack of invincibility, but no common sense. It’s fucking unbelievable. Disheartening. I believed in the government. I thought that it could do things. Certainly, find a murderer. It has been 4 years. And the government has spent billions patrolling me. Just me.
18. Soon, after not after attacking me, the Greatest God began to attach my ex-wire. And asked me to add disparaging comments.
Seems pretty clear that this” Leala is a horrible person” is a ploy by the brain trust to get me to help make a case against Leala. Leala may or may not be horrible. But I dare say that I know more about that than the brain trust. Anyway, it matters little. First, they insist they want me, now it’s Leala. They will take anyone or anything if they can find a murder suspect, even Nari’s two kittens. Not particular. And it will be a cold day in hell before I say anything helpful to them about anyone. A cold day in hell. Sc, this charade may last a while.

19. Petitioner refused.

20. The next significant action was that Petitioner noticed a government involvement with his bank account. Petitioner opened a bank account with First National Bank of Texas. Petitioner received checks through that bank. Petitioner wrote a check on that bank. Petitioner noticed a notation on his check stub.: It stated “FISA.”
21. Petitioner is slightly familiar with the federal government and recognized the acronym “FISA” to be a reference to the government’s secret court, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
22. To the best of Petitioner’s knowledge, he has never had any contact with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. Yet, there is. Bigger than daylight. FISA written on Petitioner’s check stubs. For reasons unknown to Petitioner.
23. In and around July of 2023, Petitioner’s sister suddenly died, unexpectedly. Really unexpectedly. In August of 2023, Petition took a flight to Des Moines, Iowa, to attend his sister’s memorial. At the Dallas airport, Petitioner’s airplane stopped. And, stopped. Petitioner, and everyone else on the plane, sat on the tarmac for about three hours while the Greatest God explained to Petitioner that he was the most powerful person in the world and could hold that plane forever. Weird. It was weird.
24. Such an ego. Stopping a plane for three hours. Just to show me that he could do it. I recorded the conversation with this Greatest God. Sent copies to my ex and my daughter.
25. And all the while it was stopped, I watched as other passengers on that plane missed connecting flight, lost contracts, failed to get to see grandkids, and had to be hostages to this mad Greatest God.
26. This Greatest God wanted to impress me with his celestial powers. I was lightly aware of the Federal Aviation Commission and thought it more likely that the power lay there.
27. My flight back home from Des Moines was also late.
28. So, I began to realize that I was being held prisoner. And subjected to corporeal punishment. Electrical shocks. Hot flashes. Impaired feet. Impaired eyes. A heart attack. Coughing. I believe initiated by this Greatest God. This Greatest God has a medical procedures company. It does stuff. It does the stuff that I have just referred to. Upon information and belief, this
29. Greatest God masquerades as Elon Musk.
30. Elon Musk. A former worker in the Administration of Donald Trump, President. Wrecked USAid. Invaded the IRS. Upon information and belief, because I file taxes and use a government identifying number. Invaded the Social Security Administration because I receive Social Security Benefits. And because I use those benefits to sue Elon Musk, my Social Security records were suddenly at stake. Because my daughters attended school at the University of North Texas, upon information and belief, that school was investigated for DEI violations.
31. Because of the FISA note, because my banking has been disturbed, because the IRS has been invaded and social security numbers accessed, and because my daughters’ school was investigated, I now believe that I am now imprisoned.
32. Upon information and belief, government agents regularly enter into my home. And leave me information to indicate that they have been into my home. As they did with a note in my kitchen to advise me of how much diabetic medicine to take. They put semen on my diabetic advice note. At the bottom of the page. They broke into my house and put semen on a not that I had posted on my cabinet.
33. They feel entitled. They can just enter my house at any time. Because I am in jail.
34. I beg this Court to release me.
