@Whos_the_thief @cee_four4 In Montana land taxes are based off prior 2 years tax evaluations which is partially based on ag production per acre x tax $ of product raised. IE every acre of alfalfa has a taxable value.

You can sell it all for $1 but taxes do not change (go down) for minimum of 2 years.
