@Jay2three@annamlulis@SteveDeaceShow I agree with the idea that His message is spread all over the world!
“What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed, and in that I rejoice. To Live Is Christ Yes, and I will rejoice.”
Philippians 1:18.
How many broken vows before God have caused Him to be angry on account of your voice and wreak destruction on the work of your hands?
Ecclesiastes 5:6
Our toil is little and our days are too few to speak too many words to our God that cause His anger to work against us. And who can overcome Him Whom has set His eyes on their destruction?
Rather spend your time working diligently to produce good things as to Him alone.
“And when good things increase, those who consume them increase.” Eccl. 5:11.
This is the true law of supply and demand.
So, labor diligently with your hands and all of your heart to produce only good things from the fields God has blessed you with; then eat, drink, and find joy in your toil the rest of your few days of life God has given you.
For the life He has supplied you, will be demanded from you in a very short while.
To work out salvation with fear and trembling.
“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.”
Proverbs 1:7.
What is being said here? One who is absent fear of the Lord has no true worthwhile knowledge. Knowledge can be divided into two categories: scieta - all the things one can possible know in the universe; and scienda - all the things worth knowing that ought to be known.
According to King Solomon, the fear of the Lord falls into the scienda category as a thing one must know before any true knowledge can be obtained.
So then, what is fear?
First, it is in part a subjective reverential feeling of awe aimed at our Creator as an absolute powerful Being upon Whom all life is dependent. To “fear” Him means to revere Him in light of our honest position before Him.
Second, it is in the other part an objective feeling of terror evoked by God in our souls over the fact of His supreme nature as an absolute powerful Being upon Whom all life is dependent. For in the final analysis, He is the one who can cast body and soul into hell or redeem and raise a body into eternal life with Him in heaven.
Do you have both of these kinds of fears when you think of Him? If you do, scripture says you have the beginning of true knowledge and wisdom in your heart.
For all those with this healthy spiritual fear recognize the mercy upon which we have cried out in terror for Him to not cast us away from His presence, but to allow us the ability to come singing into His courts with an awing praise, and we rejoice over such blessing, for He is the Lord worthy of all praise.
Matthew 10:28: “And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.”
Psalm 33:8: “Let all the earth fear the LORD; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him!”
Unified Belonging
Our God is good, just, holy, and perfect (Psalm 100:5; Deuteronomy 32:4; Psalm 99:9; Mark 10:18). He makes the sun to rise and the rain to fall on the good and evil (Matthew 5:45).
This means He is patient waiting in His time to gather up all of His children into the coming kingdom, ruled by Him (2 Peter 3:9). It is a place without sadness, pain, and death (Revelation 21:4). All rejoice in the holy attributes of our God perfectly on display for all to see (Revelation 21:3; Revelation 4:8-11). His perfect beauty and unity is magnified beyond all comprehension and His people are absolutely content beholding, knowing, and having their majestic Creator (Psalm 27:4; Psalm 96:6; 2 Corinthians 3:18).
To that end, He is fully the creatures comfort. For our sins are fully forgiven in a redeemed status united in a reconciled relationship as a perfect body (Ephesians 1:7; Colossians 1:19-22; Ephesians 2:14-16; 1 Corinthians 12:12-13).
And we will live forever under our perfect prophet, priest, and High King who possesses perfect wisdom, knowledge, and power desiring to be our God and for us to be His people (Hebrews 3:1; Hebrews 4:14-16; Revelation 17:14; Revelation 21:3, 7).
