ALERT: Undocumented immigrant who fired over 100 rounds off a bridge in Texas sentenced to only 35 months in federal prison.

Jose Raul Alarcon Sanchez was videotaped shooting the assault rifles off the Margaret McDermott Bridge in Dallas on New Year's Eve.

According to the complaint, Sanchez shot 79 5.56/.223 caliber casings, and four 9-millimeter fired cartridge casings were found at the bridge, and more live rounds were found in his pocket and in his van.

Sanchez entered the US on a Visa in May of 2025 and never bothered to get an extension.

Anthony Acevedo and Anderson Derce Lara were also arrested in connection with the public shooting and even fired shots into moving vehicles with children in them.
