The Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) has publicly condemned Jozi FM radio presenter Penny Ntuli for a reckless stunt that has sparked widespread controversy.

A viral video showing Ntuli and a friend dancing and twerking on the side of a freeway, in full view of oncoming traffic, has drawn sharp criticism from authorities who labeled the act as dangerous and illegal.
