I found that it made it a lot more difficult for me personally. I was told I could learn whatever I wanted but then it was too much. Almost a bit of sensory overload. Being given that much choice with no restraints made it difficult to choose just because it was too much. #ENG2D
Can add a personal note to this story. A grandparent of mine had two heart attacks. 5 years later, he’s still going strong. Not sure how much a part diet played in his new lifestyle but definitely believe that it had an impact. #ENG2D05
