@GEAppliancesCo Yeah thanks GE. I asked that the parts be sent fed ex. Well the guys are here to fix my range and the parts never arrived. So they are going to put the possibly damaged parts in my gas range and I guess I will have to hope my house doesn't catch on fire. 🔥

@GEAppliancesCo why does your parts dpmt send parts for my GE monogram range by putting them in a plastic shipping bag and get delivered with tire tracks all over the bag? My gas safety valve assembly is a metal part, an important safety part , that isn't packed in a box. Why?

@GEAppliancesCo I did contact them and they are sending replacements. This isn't the first time this has happened. A safety valve send in a plastic bag arriving with tread marks on the bag? Could you put a part like that in your home? Do Better!
