It's #smaugust, which means dragons! I'm gonna try to do one of these ~1 hour sketches each day using a prompt list borrowed from @alliebriggsart who makes some really cool dragons. :) First one out is "hatchling".

These were some illustrations I did early last year for a short story app called Snicks. I'm not sure the illustrations are still on there since they decided to go in the direction of mini-documentaries instead of fictional stories, but I thought it was a pretty fun project.
