@SwenLink So hard to choose. I once couldn't sleep and was up searching for a movie ... ended up watching 'the machinist' with Christian Bale. Was very good! If you're looking for one to watch.

@Oreoo_8@mzclassyohgirl@Floridared33 High percentage of people are deficient in magnesium so supplements are a good idea. Not many people realise your body cannot utilise vitamin D without magnesium also.
@SwenLink@MonkeyCharts Also check you to diet and water intake. Eat only meat, veg, nuts, fruit, potatoes and plenty of water for the foreseeable. It cured my heightened anxiety.
@SwenLink@MonkeyCharts Second this along with vitamin D. Body discards vitamin D if your magnesium levels are low. Glycinate the best magnesium variant as its bio available.
