#Orctober. Uglúk and his BFF Malthu ambushed the Fellowship of the Ring at Amon Hen, succeeding in capturing two tasty looking hobbits, Pippin and Merry.

Sadly they were unable to eat the little hobbits. To tide them over, the Orc Snaga became a good snack-a.

Let’s talk Orodruin. As we have seen, this lady is a stratovolcano. She throws out a pyroclastic material with bouts of lava in between. She’s a world reigning champion in throwing out volcanic boms. And signs are pointing her lava is acidic.
