You don't keep pushing someone to release anything, especially when they've already stated that it'll be done when it's done.

I mean, developing new content is not easy, you've got to design something new, make it function in the game, check to see if it doesn't break what's in the game already, check to see if it's fun and then add polish. I've developed small programs and it takes a LOT out of you.
