Next week I will be running a 54km Ultra in memory of the 54 physiotherapists killed in Gaza over the last two years
The surviving physios in Gaza have continued to work tirelessly in the most brutal and hostile of conditions
Our solidarity and support means so much to them 💚

One boy had been vaccinated, one had not.
Both were exposed to smallpox.

Tough one, I know

@clhubes Parents with children under 5 are allowed to go in a designated queue in the UK (or at least the ones I have flown from) and when I’ve been to Switzerland (5 times in the last few years) and it makes a massive difference!
I love this photo of Janey. Calling it like it is. Being applauded for it. Let’s hope she can make a difference from the other side. Huge love to her family and friends. We spent some very funny times together, especially with Ashley. May her laughter live on. RIP Janey
It’s Friday of #OrganDonationWeek and Alice has a special message for you. Faith! Many people question if their faith allows them to donate organs after death. All major UK religions support donation. We support donors and families to ensure care is given in respect of faith 🩷
🫀 We are proud to support Organ and Tissue Donation Week (23-29 September), to help raise awareness and encourage people to record their donation decision if they haven't already done so.

Simply stunning.
