@DVLAgovuk 6 months I have now been waiting for my license renewal. Why lie to people saying 6 weeks when it just isn’t true. If by some miracle I do get through on the phone, I’m told it won’t be long now… then get hung up on. Unacceptable @Nus_Ghani @grantshapps @BBCWatchdog

@DVLAgovuk 5 months ago I sent off my license to you for medical renewal. Still haven’t had it back and nobody can ever tell me how long it’ll be. Some of us need identification for work and it is very difficult without it. Why is it taking so long and why can no give a timeframe
