@vueling Thanks- but these are the same errors I’ve been receiving for 3 hours. You can’t repeatedly direct customers to faulty chat bots. Is anything going to be done about this?

@vueling I can’t get my head around this response. Either you haven’t read my tweet, or you are imagining the conversation between myself and ground staff. Your policy is meal tickets for 2 hour delay. This is what I asked for and was refused.
