This statement, combined with this Creator's complete lack of empathy or remorse for those she's offended genuinely upset me & I legitimately believed that we were finally moving in the right direction, but evidently, that was only wishful thinking, so let's talk about something most other Partnered Creators are afraid to.

While I think that you're a good guy @djclancy999 & at least seemingly share the passion we have as Creators who choose to call @Twitch their home, I am greatly disappointed that despite the virality of those who are outraged from the blatant, hateful conduct this Creator exhibited regarding our US Soldiers, she has still not been banned, or minimally, received any sort of moderation of any kind, which highlights the long-term glaring issues of unfair treatment due to a combination of Partner Manager connections, bias, favoritism & friend cliques, specifically regarding Moderation, that continues to plague this platform. I may be ignorant for thinking this, but I was really hoping that when you took the reins, this would change.

Not only is her entire statement a lie, as at the time of this clip that I've included, it was not even a full 24 hours after her initial hateful anti-US Soldier rant, where anyone can clearly see for themselves just how NOT sorry she is, nor does she actually believe she's done anything wrong & what's worse, is that the reason that she displays this seemingly obnoxious ignorance as if she has nothing to fear moderation-wise--despite going viral for blatantly breaking ToS with her hateful conduct, is because of the lack of fair, impartial, hold ALL Creators equally accountable style of moderation, that SHOULD exist as a standard on this platform.

Yet, as a result of Moderation NOT holding all Creators equally accountable for violating ToS, they're directly responsible for cultivating a sub-culture & mentality within Twitch for Creators like her to focus on unhinged outrage-content, because they know that due to an unspecific combination of who they know, their Partner Manager, existing bias, legitimate favoritism & friend cliques, they're either untouchable, or IF anything, AT MINIMUM, would only receive a slap on the wrist--or worse, as in this case, nothing at all, so long as you put out a half-assed, minimal effort "apology".

It gets worse, as what I'm describing has actually existed for a while & is what the old #Twitch of circa 2015, that I mentioned in another post that I missed because of it's fair, all-hands-on-deck #BleedPurple mentality, sadly devolved into after so many amazing OG people were forced to leave or were let go from Twitch during that mass exodus--meaning this problem has existed, slowly cultivating an environment for friends of friends who are held to different standards, to thrive as untouchable Creators for a long time. (I mean look at this Creator's panel at @TwitchCon...yikes)

Despite new leadership & considering that even though there was an incredible amount of other Creators who've shared in solidarity that they too are outraged & upset with what this Creator did, STILL, no actual moderation, or disciplinary actions have taken place against this Creator--which legitimately blows my mind & as a Creator who hasn't forgotten what Twitch USED to mean, kicks the wind out of my gut, as this sets a horrendous example for young Creators who want to call Twitch their home.

I am legitimately ashamed of both the lack of action by @TwitchSupport & the implication, due to their lack of action, that this platform doesn't care how grossly our Vets or Active Military Service Men & Women were disrespected due to the actions of this Creator.

I originally posted about this before it went viral, hoping that by virtue of bringing attention to her blatant, hateful conduct, that she'd be held liable with the same repercussions other's have endured for breaking Twitch's ToS, so that it would be undeniable to set an impartial example that intentionally perpetuating more toxic, hateful & devisive content is unacceptable for Creators who show no remorse for their actions, but I guess that might be asking for too much, but I digress.
