How come only broadband is cancelled total plan broadband and DTH should be cancelled. No response from 121 customers service they said visit store and when I visited store they said to call 121. And no response from [email protected].

I had made payment on 10/11 for black wifi+dth ₹2500 plan, agent assured me installation will be done evening, no response from agent and blocked my number, when I called from other number they said rudely why you calling me call 121.been 10d no installation

@airtelindia Horrible, It’s been 8 days and no response, 121 and [email protected] are useless they don’t even know how to address issues and can’t even understand what’s the issue. Simple installation taking 8days. Payment made on 10/11/2024 and no installation done till now.

Sales agent came to me and took payment on 10Nov for airtel black connection(wifi+dth) and given commitment for installation by evening, it’s been 4 days and no response from sales agent and even airtel black customer care. Can someone address issue ASAP.
