@lazboy Tell me why it has been 6 months, and our $2,000+ chair that I got from you guys is still not fixed? We paid for the part and anticipated extra labor. The tech keeps scheduling and canceling, and most recently no showing appointments. I get COVID but this is ridiculous 🙄

@getaroomcom @findhotelco super disappointed! sold me room availability for @oyorooms when they had no rooms available. Tried to call customer service to get money back and rep says "hotel partner is hanging up on her" so I should call back in 1-2hrs. Need ALL my money back😡!
