@MrsRachelAndres@coachtulua Totally agree with that. I personally wouldn’t mind a competition of three events though. One Sprint, one run, one throws. Forcing is a strong word, but I personally would enter my kids rather in a competition like that rather than just throws/ jumps/ sprints.
@MrsRachelAndres@coachtulua I think for kids under 14 it wouldn’t be bad to be forced to train jumping, sprinting and throwing compared to just one event. Especially a thrower would benefit from it because all those skills are needed to develop into a great thrower/ athlete. After that start specializing
