@NJTRANSIT Asked NJT Customer Service Rep what happened to the “20 min late” train that disappeared from the board with no announcement. Her answer contradicted the app. When I pointed that out she said “you can’t pay any attention to the app.” YOUR OWN STAFF know your system is a disaster
