⚖️ | Mr "malfeasance" and others were the ones who formulated the term "State Capture" which was a way to remove their enemies from power; during the era on dirty politics in 2016/2017. Now they are struggling to breakdown how exactly they should deal with such. There is no charge called "State Capture". When you're a criminal, you just get charged for the offense committed. There are specifications on which type of offense was committed and fits the charge. Also because such a term itself is broad. 'State Capture' was created to go after certain individuals, to deem all of them as corrupt and that they singlehandedly controlled the state which they all knew was hogwash. When a person is corrupt and there is sufficient evidence; charge and prosecute them don't create stupid terms. 🤷🏻‍♂️ As lawyers surely, they should have known and pushed back against this political nonsense. It's what has created more problems and divided the country. Today they can't make any arrests because no one can be charged for "capturing the state". You can only be arrested and charged for committing a specific crime. [i.e: Fraud, Murder, Money Laundering etc] Old people acting dumb. 🚮
