Super simple! Make two phone calls : Apple & Google. Delist self hosted wallet apps. Job done! Unless you have a GrapheneOS & use Fdroid - this is ultra easy to enforce. Sure, you can also access wallets on your desktop just be aware that at this point you are breaking the law.
