Desert Hills wins 4A state boys cross-country championship, with 38 points to runner-up Snow Canyon's 58. Trey Despain of Pine View (15:26.3) was the top individual finisher. DH placed 3 runners in the top 6 spots. Region 10 had the top 5 teams overall. #UHSAA #StGeorgeNews
