Today I went to a @ifucareshare fundraising event in memory of a 14 year old boy who took his own life in my hometown. I couldn't sleep last night because it's been 20 years since two teens I went to school with died by suicide and I can't believe it's STILL happening. 1/3

What was so wonderful though was that it was held in the community hut and local people & local businesses donated raffle prizes and baked cakes. People are talking about it - about suicide, being bereaved by suicide and the importance of asking for help. 2/3

We took Effie to see @KitchenZoo_'s The Three Bears @northernstage. A completely enchanting first theatre experience - so much time & thought clearly went into the production. Inspiring and engaging a whole new generation ♥️
