Welp @TeamYouTube was next to useless unfortunately. Wasted weeks of going back and forth about my channel being terminated over a year ago just for "Kim" to tell me I broke tos and wont get my channel back. What a waste of time. Noone is denying tos was broken I am simply seeking forgiveness and a second chance. Most of the strikes were from chilling and listening to music. Meanwhile you have youtube channels dedicated to stealing content and "reacting". There was no malicious intent from me whatsoever. Intent should matter. I wasnt trying to "harm" the youtube community in any way.
