✊ Capcom prepares the next generation of game developers.

During the 47th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, Capcom was asked about the future of its development teams and the relatively high age range of the company's current executives.

☝️Capcom explained that the experience of veteran developers remains essential for long-term decisions, especially after major changes in the industry such as the transition to digital sales.

However, the company also emphasized the importance of younger talent and confirmed that knowledge from experienced developers will continue to be passed down to the next generation.

😇 One example of this approach is Pragmata, Capcom's completely new IP, which was primarily developed by younger team members.

The legendary developers who shaped Capcom's history built the foundation that made these franchises what they are today. Now, their experience and creative spirit are being passed on to a new generation, ensuring that Capcom's legacy continues to evolve for many years to come in the right direction.
