Dear @kipmurkomen,
Please resign.
Kenyans are being robbed in restaurants, salons, shops, M-Pesa outlets and on the streets, while criminals operate with frightening boldness. The public is no longer asking whether insecurity is getting worse; people are asking where they will be attacked next.
In Westlands, armed men reportedly stormed a restaurant, robbed diners of phones, laptops and other valuables, fired shots into the air and escaped on motorcycles.
In Ruaka, an armed attacker targeted women inside and outside a salon in broad daylight before escaping with their valuables.
In Watamu, armed suspects reportedly raided a café while customers were eating and stole cash, phones and personal belongings.
In Kahawa West, criminals posing as customers attacked an M-Pesa outlet and escaped with about KSh250,000.
In South C, CCTV captured a gang raiding a wholesale shop and clearing goods from the shelves.
In Migori, armed attackers confronted a shopkeeper and his young daughter after they had closed their business. Both were shot, and phones used for M-Pesa transactions were stolen.
These are only some of the cases that reached the media. How many more robberies happen every day without cameras, headlines or public attention?
Kenyans are paying taxes, rent, licences and levies, yet they cannot safely operate businesses, eat in restaurants, visit salons or walk home without fear. Small traders are being ruined, families are being traumatised and criminals appear increasingly confident that they can attack and escape.
The country does not need TikTok performances, songs or public-relations statements from the person responsible for internal security. It needs visible patrols, intelligence-led policing, rapid arrests, prosecution of criminal gangs and clear accountability from the top.
Leadership means taking responsibility when citizens no longer feel safe.
Mr Murkomen, either restore security urgently or resign and allow someone capable of protecting Kenyans to take over.
You can’t upload a picture the state doesn’t like and be free in 24 hours but guys can organize themselves, arm themselves and march in broad daylight with crude weapons without the state knowing?
Stop carrying us pumpkin-wise!

A Young man was spotted swimming in Lake Chala. People don't typically swim in Lake Chala due to dangerous crocodile populations, extreme depths of up to 98 meters, and treacherous underwater currents. Local folklore also warns against entering the water, as legends claim the caldera’s whirlpools house the spirits of cursed villagers.
You thought Epstein Island was bad?

In reference to Republic versus Tubere, this is a prima facie case for attempted murder. Whomever, was driving the Prado, is going to need more than lawyers.. This is a scary situation to be on the receiving end. #Roadrage
