@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet its been 3 weeks I have been calling customer care for Ott issue I am facing and until now there is no resolution..this is very poor service and not expected..when ever I call customer care,the executive is saying I will get a call back in 30 mins .

I never got any call back yet and its such a poor service with no responsibility to customer issues...please have this issue resolved today and if not I will not suggest @ACTFibernet to anyone

@airtelindia I am your permanant customer with this id 0656131997969_wifi and this was installed 15th April and from day 1 I am facing issue with network. After going to engineer I have tried alot to connect people but not. I found worst ever.
