On August 9, 2022, when the polls closed, I looked at the numbers and I knew instantly: If the luo Nyanza vote stays as it was Raila had lost. Because of his own base.

I’ve been in every election since Kibaki. I was Azimio’s go-to for data modeling. We only needed two things:

✅ 30% from Central
✅ 90–99% turnout from Luo Nyanza

Here’s what actually happened:
•Siaya: 155,354 didn’t vote
•Kisumu: 173,919 didn’t vote
•Homa Bay: 144,954 didn’t vote
•Migori: 119,669 didn’t vote

A Total of 593,896 voters sat out in Raila’s stronghold.

I raised the alarm. They called me the mole.

Now the same crowd is online crying foul. But I’ve seen the data. The silence in Luo Nyanza cost the presidency not the system.

In a Barbara Walters interview during the Tanker War, he argued the U.S. should stop protecting Gulf oil routes for free and make allies pay for the security they benefit from.
